Join us on a culinary journey into Northern Mexico with Chef Felicia De  La Garza where we will make and take delicious Sopes and  Savory Salsas. Sopes are a traditional Central and Northern Mexican dish consisting of a masa base served with savory toppings.  $30 fee includes instruction, tasting, and sopes to take home.

Eureka Springs resident Felicia De La Garza   is a dedicated advocate for children and families with a multidisciplinary background. She holds degrees in Cross-Cultural Communications, Social Work, and Organizational Leadership, equipping her with a strong foundation for working across diverse communities and systems.

Felicia previously served as an art teacher in New Mexico, where she combined creativity with education to help students express themselves and build confidence through the arts.   She currently lives and works in Arkansas as part of the team at the Children and Family Advocacy Center of Benton County, where she supports children and families navigating difficult circumstances. Felicia is committed to advocacy, healing, and empowering communities through compassion, creativity, and culturally responsive care.
