From concerts to craft workshops, every event at Folkways celebrates creativity, connection, and the living heritage of the Ozarks.

Whether it’s a jam session in Winslow or a concert in Fayetteville, you’ll always find something to make, hear, dance to, or taste.

The Heart of Our Events

We host regular programs, including the monthly Squirrel Jam, Fiber Play Saturday, Foraging Walk & Talk, Vegan Community Potluck and Square Dancing.

Most weekends, you’ll find one or more workshops in full swing—spinning wheels whirring, songs drifting from the porch, and the smell of something delicious coming from the kitchen.

Regardless of your craft or your style—close-knit jams, structured workshops, or multi-day festivals—we have an event for it.

And if we don’t yet, tell us! We love suggestions at info@ozarkfolkways.org.
